SSA Resource Bank — Subscription Agreement

This agreement governs your school's annual subscription to the SSA Resource Bank. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. Parties

Provider: Salutogenic Schools Alliance Pty Ltd (ABN 78 692 010 656), Suite 3030, Shop 1 227 Morrison Rd, Ryde NSW 2112 ("SSA", "we", "us").

Subscriber: The school or educational institution completing the subscription ("you", "your school").

2. Subscription and access

An active subscription gives one school a single set of login credentials for access to the SSA Resource Bank at salutogenicschoolsalliance.com/resource-bank. Access is for staff members of the subscribing school only and must not be shared outside the school.

Your subscription begins on the date payment is confirmed and continues for 12 months. It does not renew automatically unless you choose to renew.

3. Pricing and payment

Card payment: $1,591 AUD per year (includes GST and card payment processing costs).
Invoice / purchase order: $1,500 AUD per year (includes GST). Contact duncan.davison@salutogenicschoolsalliance.com to arrange.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Payment is due in full at the start of the subscription period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused months within the current annual period.

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate promptly.

5. Resource Bank content

The SSA Resource Bank contains professional learning materials developed by or licensed to SSA, including PDF resources, posters, frameworks, newsletters, and webinar recordings ("Content").

Content is licensed for use within your school only.
You may not redistribute, resell, or publish Content externally.
SSA retains all intellectual property rights in the Content.
Content is provided for professional learning purposes and does not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.

SSA will use reasonable efforts to maintain access and add new content each term, but does not guarantee a specific content schedule.

6. Privacy and data

We collect your name, school name, and email address to manage your subscription. We handle this in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

We will not sell your data to third parties. We may contact you about your subscription and relevant SSA professional learning opportunities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SSA's liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period. SSA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Resource Bank.

Nothing in this agreement limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to this agreement

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Resource Bank after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
