Resource Bank Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to the SSA Resource Bank, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms on behalf of your school.
1. Access and Licence
Your school receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Resource Bank for the subscription period, for internal professional learning and classroom practice only.
- Licensed access only - not ownership of materials
- Login credentials must not be shared outside the school
- Staff who leave the school lose access immediately
- Access ceases when the subscription expires or is cancelled
2. Content Use
All materials remain the intellectual property of SSA. You must not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share resources outside your school
- Upload resources to shared drives accessible by non-subscribers
- Upload to AI tools, content libraries, or public platforms
- Remove or alter SSA attribution and branding
- Use resources for commercial gain or paid professional learning to third parties
3. Fees and Payment
- Annual fee: $1,500 AUD per school (inc. GST where applicable)
- Card payments: $1,527 AUD (includes 1.7% processing fee)
- Fees are payable annually in advance and non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew
4. Misuse
SSA may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, with no refund of fees paid.
5. Privacy
Personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
